Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we will refund you in full.
Made-to-order and custom work
Custom, couture and made-to-order pieces are made for you and start once we confirm details. Consult deposits hold your request and are handled as described when you book.
Our designs
All artwork, logos and designs on this site belong to WAVVZ Concepts and its creators. Please do not copy or resell them without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
